Qualtré Inc., an inertial sensor company in Marlborough, has raised $10 million from venture capital backers Matrix Partners of Waltham and Pilot House Ventures of Boston. . . .Founded in 2008 by CTO Farrokh Ayazi, who developed the technology at Georgia Institute of Technology’s Integrated MEMS Laboratory, Qualtré is led by former 3Com Corp. CEO Edgar Masri, who joined the company in 2009. The company had been based in Atlanta, and had raised $5 million in early funding from both Matrix and Pilot House at the time. After moving to Massachusetts in 2009, it snagged an $8 million second round funding from the two firms.
