Transforming Rural Healthcare in Georgia

Are you a health technology company with an innovation for rural Georgia healthcare?

The Georgia Rural Health Tech Catalyst Fund supports innovative solutions that can improve healthcare in rural communities.  A focus on technologies that can support the management of chronic conditions that disproportionately affect rural communities is highly preferred.  Selected companies may receive funding to deploy technologies and demonstrate improved clinical outcomes and population health metrics in partnership with Georgia’s rural healthcare provider community.
